One address reaches us: support@theinkspell.com. It is read by the people who build Inkspell rather than by a helpdesk, and it is the right address for all of the following.
A book that will not upload, a companion that stopped short of your chapter, an entry that looks wrong, anything on the site or in the app that misbehaves. It helps enormously to include the book's title, roughly which chapter you were on, and whether you were on the web app or on Android — those three facts are usually enough to reproduce a problem without a second round trip.
Questions about the seven-day trial, what a membership covers, book slots, Ink Drops, or cancelling. Cancelling is done wherever you subscribed — in Google Play for an Android subscription, or in the app for a web one — but if something has gone wrong with a charge, write here and we will sort it out. Nothing in your library is deleted when a membership ends.
Requests to see, correct, export or delete your data all go to this address, and so does anything about the cookie banner or analytics on this site. The full policy — one document covering both this website and the app — is at app.theinkspell.com/privacy.
Deleting your account. You can do it yourself, at any time, from the Profile tab in the app — that one is immediate. If you cannot reach the app, email this address from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my Inkspell account" and we will process it within seven working days. The full instructions are at app.theinkspell.com/delete-account.
One thing worth knowing before you do: deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Those are held by Google Play, not by us, so cancel there first — otherwise the billing outlives the account it belonged to.
Also this address. Inkspell is independent and small, so press enquiries reach the same inbox as everything else; say what you need and roughly when you need it by. We reply to real messages, in English or Spanish, usually within a few working days.
We do not publish a phone number or a postal address, because there is no office to route either one to. Email is the whole contact surface, and it is monitored.
